Hope: noun, a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen (Oxford Languages)

Hope is not just wishful thinking or big dreams.  Hope is expectation, trust, and faith in a particular conclusion.  When we are faced with hardship, it can be easy to fall victim to the voices of doubt and fear.  When you live every day with a dark cloud of worry, anxiety, or depression hanging over you, your thoughts will create your reality.  You may feel lost at sea or overwhelmed by information and emotion and feel as if you were drowning.

But you don't have to navigate this alone. Dr. Marilyn offers a wide range of coaching and mindset training services that will allow you to get the unique support, guidance, and resources you need to weather the storm. Whether you're struggling with a life changing medical diagnosis, the ever-changing world we're living in, or just struggling to get up in the morning, know that there's hope and that we're here to help.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is living in the present moment - the past is over and gone, and as for the future , well…

So Grab the Moment! Savor It! Above all live it with Intention before it’s gone!

For Basic Training in Mindfulness, I offer a 3 part Program. Each can be used alone, however, the entire package is by far, the most effective.

Part 2. Clear your mind of the constant clutter and worry that distracts you from living with intention using my own version of meditation with your own chosen “ mantra. “

Part 3. Nurture your spirit by asking for help from your higher power, in whatever format you use to pray. Perhaps you’re not used to praying? Learn how here, so you’ll feel confident that you don’t need to do this on your own.
