I know firsthand that being in the medical field means taking care of everyone else over yourself. Over the past ten years, I’ve worked to craft a transformative program for physicians, informed by my decades of knowledge and experience. This individualized, one of a kind program, taught one-on-one, empowers you to feel refreshed and healthy, nurturing your body, mind, and soul.  By the end of the program, you will be living intentionally, creating the sense of more hours in the day, and allowing you to live in harmony with yourself, others, nature, and the earth.

Part One:
Honor Your Body

Inspired by an ancient Hawaiian Practice called “Ho’oponopono”, learn how to use your knowledge of the human body to redirect your healing touch toward your own relief and resilience.

Part Two:
Clear Your Mind

Learn individualized techniques from a Transcendental Meditation practice to quiet your thoughts, calm your nervous system, and discover a perspective of lasting inner peace.

Part Three:
Nurture Your Spirit

Learn a gratitude practice that grounds you spiritually, allowing you to feel more present, engaged, and connected with the people and things that are important to you.

This program includes up to 12 hours of one-on-one time with me on Zoom over the course of its three month duration. Sessions can be attended with the video on or off, or on your phone if you prefer.
